Wheat Germ Oil

Extracted from the germ of the wheat kernel, wheat germ oil is high in vitamin E and a good source of magnesium, zinc, thiamin, folate, potassium, selenium, and phosphorus. An emollient rich in vitamin E, wheat germ oil also enhances the appearance of dry or damaged skin by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness.
